Sabor Brasil: 42 Canal St., Nashua; 886-5959. Closed Mondays. Cash only. Unless you know a Brazilian family in the Queen City, you'll have to drive to Nashua to sample this fare. The trip's worth it, though, for salty Brazilian barbecue, golden fried cassava root, and other tangy South American goodies. Just don't drop your keys in the dirt parking lot after it rains.
