Asian Buffet: Bedford Mall, S. River Road, Bedford; 668-6996. Open seven days a week. Features more than 100 all you can eat dishes daily and a full liquor license.

Chen Yang Li: Woodbury Court, 124 South River Road, Bedford; 641-6922. High-powered gourmet dishes and ambiance. They've changed the menu to include some traditional American-style Chinese favorites, but still a slightly upscale place to indulge.

Dat Hing Restaurant: 742 Mast Road, Goffstown; 626-8117. Pinardville eatery offering wide range of traditional Chinese favorites for takeout or in no-nonsense dining room.

Dragon House: 159 Kelley St., Manchester; 626-0110. Reliable source of popular Chinese dishes for West Side denizens.

Eight Dragon: 124 Queen City Ave., Manchester; 622-2000. Home of popular lunch buffet as well as full menu of Chinese favorites. We hear good things about the green beans.

Feng House: 484 South Main St., Manchester; 622-9832. Mandarin, Hunan, and Szechuan, and Cantonese favorites. Kitchen headed up by chef fresh from New York City.

House of Choi: 333 Valley St., Manchester; 668-9688. Full service Chinese restaurant with large dining room and massive buffet. Rub the Buddha's tummy for good luck.

Lei's Cafe: 501 Mammoth Road, Manchester; 434-8228. Closed Sundays. Local Chinese food favorite in Manchester Airport area.

New Taiwan Garden: Willow Tree Plaza, 575 South Willow St., Manchester; 641-5088. Extensive menu of American-style Chinese favorites.

New Yee Dynasty: 830 South Willow St., Manchester; 625-5500. Long-standing Manchester favorite; entertainment in lounge on weekends.

North Garden: 715 Mast Road, Goffstown; 668-1668. Restaurant with menu that stretches a bit further than most. Specialties include authentic Chinese fondue pots and dim sum served Saturday-Monday..

Peking Buffet: 1328 Hooksett Road, Hooksett; 621-9298. Reliable source of Chinese favorites in Wal-Mart plaza. All-you-can-eat buffet available for lunch or dinner seven days a week.

Peking Garden: 845 Second St., Manchester; 623-2270. Szechuan, Mandarin, Cantonese cooking housed in former Pizza Hut. Good food, preparing for expansion to Elm Street location.

Taipei & Tokyo 3: 7 Colby Court, Shop 'n Save Plaza, Bedford; 622-2588. Authentic gourmet Chinese and Japanese, including sushi bar. Above average place with spiffy dining room, prompt service, very large menu.

Thousand Crane: 1000 Elm St., Manchester; 634-0000. Downtown's first sushi bar features a full menu of Japanese and Chinese specialties. Open seven days a week. Unusual feature: free valet parking with dinner.

Tsingtao House: 4 Whitehall St. (just off Route 3,) Hooksett; 666-3666. Exotic décor, expansive menu of unusual dishes, big fish in tank. Nearly 10 years in business and still going strong.

Tong Ho House: 290 Granite St., Manchester; 626-5888. Closed Tuesdays. American-style Chinese favorites; home of exotic cocktails.

Wah Tong: 665 D. W. Highway North, Manchester; 626-1689. Restaurant designed primarily for takeout. Big menu of traditional Chinese favorites; offers sushi on the side.
