Theo's Restaurant: 102 Elm St., Manchester; 669-4678. Ach du liber! It's only offered on Wednesday nights, but Theo's is only place in town to serve authentic German dishes. Rotating menu features specialties such as Jaeger Schnitzel, Wiener Schitzel, and Kassier, a smoked pork dish. Regular menu offers BBQ lamb and Greek salads, rounded out with spaghetti, calzones, and other favorites.
