When the Nashua Telegraph ran a series of articles in February on over-and underassessed properties, Angelo Marino’s department in City Hall was inundated. The deadline for abatements was March 1, and Marino said that the bulk of all requests came in the last 10 days. He does not expect that all applications will be processed by the city’s deadline of July 1. His department employs four full-time appraisers. ...
